  I order an item as guest, never get an email to confirm the order. I check my paypal, no charge.
  
  I assumed the order didn't go through properly and now have no order #. I wait a bit and still no info. I open up an account and re-order the item assuming like any normal website I can cancel the 2nd order if it does go through finally.
  
  The second order goes through, I check paypal now I have two. Okay no problem it's only been like 1hr max since the first order, I can cancel it right? No. No cancel button. Alright no problem it's within 24hrs, I can obviously just contact customer support to cancel it. They refuse, telling me tough luck I have to go return it in the store.
  
  I understand I made a mistake, but this is total incompetence, their site never even set me a confirmation for the first order still. They send me a generic email telling me they can't cancel, I respond telling them how unacceptable this is, it isn't 2007 it's 2017. They send back the exact same email.
  
  Word of the wise, use Amazon where they aren't completely incompetent at running an online store. Even if you pay 5$ more it's well worth being able to actually cancel an order and deal with people that aren't totally incompetent. Anyways all their stores will be bankrupt in the next 5 years as they struggle to catch up to online retailers like Amazon. This is just living proof of why they're dinosaurs that will go extinct. Great customer service guys real professional. Not being able to cancel an order that I will only receive in 1 week because of their "speed shipping methods" (lmfao)

  Went in for new Apple 4K TV. The clerk told me no problem - she gave me an Apple TV, I bought it and went home. When I got home i realized it was 1080p . Nice job morons. Also - 3 Times @ that store I had to take things back because products we’re already open and missing parts. Now I have to go back yet again and return something they screwed up on. Don’t worry - I’ll let the moron who sold it to me here about it when I get there. They need to stop wasting my g d time. Nice job moron staff at pointe Claire Best Buy.
